WHERE THE WILD THINGS ARE

Some new images and a poster have recently been released for the feature length adaptation of childrens classic "Where the Wild Things Are". It is directed by Spike Jonze and the first trailer is going to be attached to "Monsters vs Aliens". If it is anything like Jonze's other work, it should be a stunning film to watch.

President Barack Obama made an appearance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno last night. The interview is filled with funny one-liners and diversions from the actual crisis going on but its great to see the President still intact with the American people and in touch with the reality around him.

Theo Jansen has been working on creating his own creatures. He builds them out of plastic tubing and they are powered by nothing but the wind. He hopes to build enough of them to set them free on the Holland coast and let them "survive" on their own.
